The circuit breaker that powers inverter #2 at PE Solar has been a source of nuisance tripping for some time. The question is whether the intermittent fault is in the load [inverter assembly and beyond into the field] or is it on the utility side [starting with the circuit breaker] To this end we swapped out the CB for inverter #2 with the "known good" CB for inverter #1. Follow up and see in the next interval of time.
These inverters can produce up to $60,000 per year.
Having even one inverter down for any period of time is a true opportunity cost.
