electric door locks

SMNCP DOOR LOCK 185

REPORT:

Door 185 SMNCP does not lock with the schedule

ACTION:

Override 1st Floor North Wing Vestibule C1.2A as a guess.  No response.

General Override with the schedule = all doors lock.

Notice all doors lock but the West Wing

So I do a "global unlock" and then specifically lock "West Wing"

that responds just fine

FINDING:

"West Wing" door lock not responding to global command.

"West Wing" door lock is responsive to Delta system

RECOMMEND:

Have Erik check the programming since the door lock is responsive but apparently not connected.

I would like to have one day of training in this part of the process so that I can take further troubleshooting steps.
