Austin report if sparks KTD FD called

It appears when the room was remodeled with new carpet 

 the carpet installer Apparently removed  the floor receptacle and tucked the wires into the junction box never adequately securing Them or restoring the cover to the hole in the floor

Upon inspection here though I find the further problem to be the lack of two stage lighting in the room

 it is a smart classroom and needs to have a low medium and high capability 

Also permanently installed power strips on the wall should not be cord and plug connected. Recommend hard pipe to power duct
